Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired yet?

The art of growing and using herbs for medicine was called "Simpling" and the herbs themselves were called "Simples” because a single herb could be used to treat a wide variety of maladies.  Although these are old words, they are still recognized today in herbal circles.

Come and visit the serene wood and meadow at Twenty~Seven pines, off the beaten path just outside of South Berwick, Maine.

Relax and sip an herbal tea, grown and harvested right here from one of four gardens. Sit on the fuchsia bench and meditate under the grape arbor, while we chart out a course of action in your new health regime.

Learn how the proper use of the “Simples” can empower you to take back control of your health~and your life!

As a plant and herb facilitated practitioner, I also offer a form of aura massage by moving energy through the system via the placement of flowers and herbs on the bodies various energy or Chakra centers.
